Cancellation Policy

  • Please note that Shuna Hammocks Trichology has a 24-hour cancellation policy. If we do not receive 24 hours notice to cancel your appointment then your card will be charged 50% of the fees for the service booked.
  • We understand that there can be genuine reasons for not providing the specified notice period, and assure you that we will be sympathetic in certain cases. However, we are forced to put in place these measures due to a high number of non-arrivals which costs the practice dearly.

Copyright Policy

  • Shuna Hammocks Trichology reserves the right to publish anonymously the questions or enquiries it receives from clients in the form of Q&A to help fellow hair loss sufferers. Please be assured that we follow strict confidentiality rules. Publishing of case study is done purely for illustrative purposes, and under no circumstances will reveal client identity.
  • The advice on our website cannot be replaced for professional consultation at our clinic. The symptoms and treatments are discussed for a clear understanding of the services offered. However, each individual case is distinct and needs personal attention before a diagnosis can be reached.
